Shipping policy

process
1 - order confirmation email once payment has been successful.
2 - when your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with all tracking and courier info relating to your order.
3 - you will receive a third email on the day your order is out for delivery. all details on tracking link in the second step email.

important info
- we deliver to all locations in the UK and USA including offices and residential addresses.
- if you need to change delivery address, please contact us at info@lelive.uk.
- delivery hours are weekdays (monday to friday) 9:00am to 5:00pm. please make sure someone is available. we do not deliver on weekends.
